Assistant Manager – Recruitment @Agency / Recruitment / Headhunting Background
(Selangor – Puchong, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur)
Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment & Staffing is required for this position. Candidates from recruitment/ headhunting firm will have definite advantage.
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
4. Able to think creatively, result-oriented, possess problem solving together with good negotiation skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the portfolio of Recruitment division in alignment with other human capital functions in the corporation.
• To foster business partner relationship and manage Mass Recruitment/Executive Search Companies, Agencies in cost effective and result oriented manner.
• To ensure that all vacancies are filled up within the targeted time frame.
• To research, develop and fine tune the interview psychometric test to ensure success matching rate between candidates and the requirements of the Client
• To perform other human resources core functions as and when required.
• Responsible in the execution of recruitment activities, i.e selection; recruitment; and placement of candidates for assigned business areas.
• Working alongside with the recruitment support team for all recruitment administrative matters.
• Meeting the supply of resources within the timeframe as stipulated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Responsible in providing career consultation whilst maintaining the highest service levels agreed by Business Sectors.
