Adakah produk ini mempunyai warranty ?
- Kami membuat jaminan untuk penghantaran. Jika barang yang sampai kepada pelanggan anda mempunyai masalah seperti lens pecah/ bingkai patah, kami akan gantikan dengan yang baru dengan syarat hendaklah memaklumkan kepada kami dalam masa 12 jam selepas barang diterima.
- Pelanggan perlu pos semula kepada kami terlebih dahulu dengan memberi tracking number Poslaju.
- Selepas pengesahan, kami akan menghantar semula yang baru.
- Bagaimanapun, kes seperti kerosakan lens dan bingkai jarang berlaku kerana kami telah membuat pemeriksaan terlebih dahulu sebelum membuat penghantaran didalam kotak yang keras dan selamat.
Bolehkah sekiranya pelanggan ingin menukar size ?
Ya, boleh, tetapi pelanggan anda perlu memasukkan RM10 bersama barang yang hendak dikembalikan untuk menampung kos poslaju dan pembungkusan dari pihak kami.
Bagaimana jika pelanggan ingin menukar kepada model lain selepas barang diterima ?
Maaf, kami tidak dapat membenarkan pertukaran tersebut.
Adakah produk kami akan menjejaskan penglihatan ataupun akan mengakibatkan sakit kepala bila memakai terlalu lama seperti jenama Rayban kat pasar malam tuh ?
Tidak sama sekali. Kacamata yang kami jual mengandungi lapisan penghalang sinar UV yang melindungi retina mata daripada rosak. Retina mata yang terdedah pada sinar UV inilah yang menyebabkan sakit mata dan kepala.
Berapakah nilai penghalang UV yang ada pada lens ?
Nilai lapisan UV pada lens adalah 400UV Protection iaitu sama dengan yang ada pada lens original. Ini bermakna kualiti lens adalah sama 100percent dengan original lens.
Kenapa Ray-ban yang dijual di pasar malam hanya berharga RM10 ?
- Ray-ban yang dijual di pasar malam adalah ray-ban murah yang tidak mempunyai gred sama sekali.
- Lens hanya dibuat dari plastik keras dan tidak mempunyai UV protection yang boleh menyebabkan sakit kepala jika pakai terlalu lama.
- Walaupun terdapat sticker yang mengatakan ade perlindungan UV, tetapi jika di buat ujikaji di bawah mesin sinar UV Detection, ia sebenarnya tidak mempunyai UV protection sama sekali.
Apa beza Ray ban Gred 3A dan gred 5A ?
- Ray ban replika gred 3A dalam kategori 80percent hampir sama dengan rayban authentic dari segi material untuk frame dan lens. Ciri-ciri markings asal rayban seperti di arms dan bridge rayban dan juga pada lens rayban tersebut. Tetapi bagi aspek ketelitian rayban gred 3A masih kurang.
- Ray-ban replika gred 5A pula dalam kategori ini 90-99percent hampir sama dengan rayban authentic dari segi material untuk frame dan lens, ciri-ciri markings asal rayban dan juga rasa pakainya. Jika dibandingkan dengan rayban yang dijual di kedai-kedai Optikal di Malaysia, ianya kelihatan sama dari segi fizikal dan kualiti. Kualiti rayban kategori ini dijamin memuaskan hati si pemakai.
